LifeStyles' Housing Services division focuses on providing transitional and permanent housing options for Southern Maryland residents. It is part of the continuum of services that LifeStyles offers, working directly with the Homeless Services and Human Services teams to connect persons with available housing options. This program provides a structured approach to housing, to include services as care coordination and case management; supportive services such as behavioral health, workforce development, transportation; and, planning for more permanent housing.
Persons must complete an application to determine eligibility for the various programs.
Staff is available to support a caring and positive living environment. Socialization activities are planned year-round to encourage and promote the healthy development of those served. Participants are encouraged to gain self-sufficiency by finding and securing income, enhancing their educational skills, building financial savings, and ultimately, securing a more permanent residence.
